Well this sucks, on the last day we were in Hawaii I came down with a little cold, I think I caught it from Clarissa becasuse she caught one on the plane ride over, but I thought I was good to go yesterday I felt about 90% better and went out for a longer training ride came back and last night it started to come back!!!!! So frustrating I am so ready to start training and really motivated but I have to hold back and get well.
Some of the Rad kids and Dale are going up to Crystal Mt. and doing some long days in the saddle on the MTB, well I guess I kinda need a MTB because FedEx broke mine.. I gotta figure that one out. Well I am going to get back to doing nothing. Late.

you probably have malaria or some other rare tropical disease. That is what you get for going to Hawaii and having a good time! Are you going to the Dale Camp??? I am going it should be fun, get well luke!
